Information you may provide
The educational tools on this site (including the cost and IRMAA estimator, the coverage-review workbook, and the enrollment-date calculators) run entirely in your own browser. The Permission to Contact, Scope of Appointment, and producer-intake forms prepare a structured message for the email service you choose. The website itself does not transmit the information in those forms until you choose an email service, review the prepared message, and send it from your email account.
You share information with Silver Path only when you choose to contact us directly by telephone or email, send a prepared website form through your email account, or complete and return the downloadable Scope of Appointment form. In those cases you may provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, contact preferences, appointment preferences, and the general Medicare topic you would like to discuss.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare identification numbers, banking information, or medical records by unencrypted email.
How information may be used
Information you provide by telephone, by email, or on a returned Scope of Appointment form may be used to respond to your request, schedule or prepare for a conversation, document your requested Scope of Appointment, provide customer service, maintain appropriate business records, and support compliance obligations. Silver Path does not sell your personal information.
Service providers and technical data
Silver Path uses third-party providers for website hosting, telephone service, and email. Like most websites, hosting and network providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps. If Silver Path later adds a server-side website form, scheduling tool, customer relationship management system, or other service that directly receives website submissions, this policy will be updated before that tool is made available and will describe the information collected and the provider involved.
Cookies, analytics and third-party requests
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
The site does load its typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver those fonts your browser makes a request directly to Google, and that request necessarily discloses your IP address and basic browser information to Google. That data is handled under Google’s own privacy policy, not this one. We are working to serve these fonts from our own server so that this request is no longer made.
If analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe their use before they are enabled.
External websites
This website links to third-party and government resources, including Medicare.gov, Social Security, California HICAP, and the California Department of Insurance. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Data security and retention
Silver Path uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for business, service, recordkeeping, and compliance purposes.
Your choices
You can browse and use every educational tool on this website without intentionally providing personal information to Silver Path. You choose whether and how to contact us.
If you have contacted Silver Path and would like us to correct or delete the information you provided, or would like to stop receiving communications from us, telephone or email us using the details below and we will act on your request.
